1. Description

VisiNest is a product showcase platform with 3D viewing and augmented reality (AR).

The platform does not sell products and does not act as an online shop.

2. No accounts

You do not need to create an account.

Favourites are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and do not constitute an account profile on our servers.

3. Role of the platform

• it presents products and content provided by manufacturers or partners
• it may link or redirect to manufacturers’ websites or contact channels

VisiNest is not party to purchase, payment, or fulfilment between you and manufacturers.

4. Content

The platform may include, without limitation:

• images and graphics
• 3D models and AR previews
• descriptions and technical data supplied by manufacturers

5. Intellectual property

• the VisiNest interface, design, and platform code belong to the VisiNest project holders
• trade names, brands, products, and related materials belong to their respective owners
• some 3D assets or materials may be produced or adapted by VisiNest but remain associated with manufacturers’ products and brands

Any use beyond ordinary browsing (including copying, reproduction, or commercial exploitation) requires prior written permission.

6. Accuracy

We do not guarantee:

• exact on-screen colours versus real materials
• measurements and perceived dimensions as exact under all AR conditions
• stock or availability of listed products

7. AR disclaimer

AR viewing is indicative: position, perceived scale, lighting, and technical factors may differ from reality. Purchase decisions should be confirmed with the manufacturer and official product specifications.

8. External links

VisiNest is not responsible for:

• third-party sites’ content or practices
• transactions, payments, or deliveries outside the platform
• disputes between you and manufacturers or other providers

9. Prohibited conduct

Without our prior written consent, you must not:

• systematically copy content
• scrape or automatically harvest data
• use platform materials or protected content commercially

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VisiNest is not liable for:

• differences between the real product and digital or AR representation
• indirect, consequential, or profit losses from using the platform

11. Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page with the “last updated” date in the header.

12. Applicable law

Use of the platform is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any mandatory consumer-law provisions that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
